It seems that while administration is asleep at the helm, especially Dr. Powell, the Principal at Oakmont Elementary conjured up the idea of making students 504 prior to the STAAR test.
It seems the kiddos were not doing so well and since the Crowley Elite (recall the previous entry of those in the group), seem to think they are above state and federal law.
If the administration and TEA wish to check, prior to the STAAR test, the principal along with administration began filling out 504 documents for students to get accommodations during the STAAR test. Well it seems that you can't do that.. 504 is a law that is specific to the steps and information needed for a student. A 504 meeting has to take place for parents to agree to them. Parents should check to see if their student was one of them because it looks like desperation for a lack of support prompted providing an advantage to some and not all.
Who at the administration building will look after this? Anybody home? Wait she is White and nothing can be done to her as she is part of the liked group.
